Overkill...
Well it was obvious before the first day of the first lockdown that the idea of 'lockdowns' (prison riot term) would kill more than the virus. Now the data is showing it loud and clear: not just the murder rate (image below) but also drug use, suicide, road deaths (yes! weird huh?) suicide, fertility down more than before, pregnancy issue, stllbirth issues...so not just the 'straight-forward' vax deaths and clear heart problems on the increase, but almost everything is worse.

Open obloquy obfuscating ovines...
Disgracefully misleading the sheeple: almost every single line in the following US Gov COVID jab info is wrong - and demonstrably so. Evil abounds: DEMONStrably...
Source: CDC government website
"The fact the CDC continues to recommend these modified mRNA injections for infants as young as six months old, pregnant and breastfeeding women, when there is a preponderance of evidence, which shows they are neither safe nor effective, is profoundly troubling. This report discusses the potential reason why this government agency’s position has been so resolute and delves into what the public really needs to know!..."

Overtly odd overreaction overview...
Three years ago today. Looking back to my first post after having returned from abroad (got back on 1st day of the first lockdown). [LINK now added]
I had already told colleagues, customers and friends, loudly and repeatedly, that BJ and the UK would never lock down because it was so obviously stupid and would have a terrible effect on everything (economy, health etc). I also said that lockdowns would kill - certainly in less well-off countries - far more than this virus (which we already knew wasn't that deadly, yes, in March 2020 we knew that).
Notice the link and comment at the bottom:
That was based on this article and interview: "A fiasco in the making? As the coronavirus pandemic takes hold, we are making decisions without reliable data", By John P.A. Ioannidis March 17, 2020. The Diamond Princess told us everything.

Notice the link and comment at the bottom:
BOOM "Inaccurate Virus Models Are Panicking Officials Into Ill-Advised Lockdowns"...we sort of suspected the same thing here in the UK. Could almost be Climate Change on steroids!

With much more data now we know that in the UK (and NY as a prime example in the USA) the actions taken caused a large percentage of the 'COVID' deaths; the majority of care-home deaths.
Of course the figures are skewed (and impossible now to ever get a true number). They lied, thousands died.

Oncoming oriental 'offensive'...
[edited] No, not an imminent attack by China - they've been doing that for decades! No, just presuming an economic onslaught from the Eastern hemisphere soon: another good graphic at The Visual Capitalist. Below it is clipped but the link has the full graphic and explanations of each quadrant and specific details. All of the countries in 80%-plus portion the high-mobility, high-recovery section - apart from Israel - are Far East/Australasia, logical in a way I guess with the westward global spread timeline. Worth noting that there will definitely be a 'lag' in the data so UK and Netherlands for instance are well behind when in reality as of this week much is opened/opening up. The numbers and data used obviously rely on the national governments for recovery rate calculations etc.
"COVID-19 has brought the world to a halt—but after months of uncertainty, it seems that the situation is slowly taking a turn for the better."... "Today's chart measures... two metrics for each country: the mobility rate and the COVID-19 recovery rate:
Mobility Index: change in activity around workplaces, subtracting activity around residences, measured as a percentage deviation from the baseline.
COVID-19 Recovery Rate: number of recovered cases in a country is measured as the percentage of total cases"

From the constantly brilliant blog Watts Up With That?, their Friday Funny, Outstanding comment IMHO (so far!): Charles Hilgey, March 27, 2020 at 1:33 pm (PDT): I hope he doesn't mind me copying and pasting:
"As the test for this virus is the only test and the flu season involves a salad of 15–20 viruses which all are transmissible the same way, many people probably have more than one virus. The only thing the Covid-19 test determines, possibly, because the test has never been tested for accuracy, is that one has this virus. But, this virus is not necessarily the virus making a person ill. It might just happen to be there. This would explain why so very many people who test positive are asymptomatic, as quite a few corona viruses are rather mild or innocuous. The presence of Covid-19 is basically meaningless as a diagnosis..
If we simply combine the illnesses and fatalities into the flu season, it would not even be a blip in the statistics. The world loses 800k+ people every year and we are panicking over about 10k? What about the 80 times more people dying of the normal “flu”? It makes no sense.
Looking at the flu in general and the Swine flu in particular, it should be pointed out that Swine flu in 2009 hit the young fairly hard, because they were not immune, while the elderly, having been through the Hong Kong flu, were already mostly immune. The reverse seems to be true here, as this virus is a SARS virus that will add onto people with existing respiratory conditions, smoker’s lungs, or compromised immune system.
Which ever virus is the culprit, the tests we have are far from definitive as we would have to have individuals who have only Covid-19 or have tests for all the suspect viruses. That is why the Italians have a “died with Covid-19” designation rather than only “died from Covid-19.” The culprit virus adds onto the already existing burden of a patient and take them down. This, alone, indicates that whichever virus is the problem, it is relatively weak and does not take the healthy. Every year the flu season takes the elderly and infirm. Nothing new about that. The alarmists just found something to focus on, and then reported falsely alarming numbers to scare everybody, counting on the ignorance of the public."

October outrecuidance...
Our very own Октябрьский переворот? Useful idiots. "Thirty Tory MPs led by Chancellor Philip Hammond are plotting to stop a no-deal Brexit in October in a move which would raise the chance of a second referendum" Sky News understands. Lidington, Gauke, Letwin, Grieve and other assorted weak, wet egomaniacs along with the (not for long) Chancellor Phil Hammond is being - and has been for months - "increasingly vocal about the risks to the economy and UK union."
The only thing that is a risk, the ONLY thing, is the repeated idicocy like this being spouted that creates uncertanty. Any business worth it's salt is already ready and has been for ages, the only problem is imbelcile egotist politicians, IYI's to a man. We could have and should have been riding high two years ago.
Plus, the course of the EU is becoming clearer to even the dimmest Remainer: with the crow-barring in of German Ursula von der Leyen, "the decision by leaders to reject all the candidates for European Commission president and instead pick a little-known ally of Angela Merkel in a closed meeting was “not the Europe I imagined", similar to that of German Martin Selmayr last year, "Martin Selmayr’s sudden appearance at the top of the EU pyramid via a series of shadowy manoeuvres is the exact opposite of due process", we are seeing the true EU take shape. Hammond's aim is clearly to try to stay part of it.

Outstanding opportunities outweigh obedientiary overburdening IV...
Little comment from Ows, no need: Ewen Stewart (Director of the think-tank Global Britain; needless to say it but I will, it is Eurosceptic) writes on Brexit Central today: 'Global Britain just became the world’s top investment destination (despite Brexit, of course)'.
"Another week and another piece of good news in the real world – not the parallel, unproductive world of Westminster."
A dozen examples of good news stories, "The Jeremiahs of Remain were completely and totally wrong on almost every front", followed by: "Let us look at what has happened over the last two years:
- Inward investment – the UK for the first time ever is the global number 1, displacing the US;
- Investment is broadly based across numerous sectors including manufacturing, IT, financial services and business services;
- Unemployment is now the joint lowest since 1974;
- Total employment is now 32.7 million – the biggest ever, growing by 800,000 since the referendum – contrasting with the Treasury’s predicted 500,000 fall in employment immediately on a leave vote – a positive gain of 1.3 million jobs over what was predicted;
- Wage growth in February was 3.5% – the joint highest on record (with 2008) – ahead of inflation which was 1.9% in the same month;
- The UK minimum wage is the highest of any major country in the EU and twice that of Spain, three times that of Poland and six times that of Romania. No wonder the UK is a beacon for workers; and,
- GDP has grown each and every quarter, in contrast to the absurd Treasury forecast of a fall of 5%."
Contrasting this with the EU is an eye-opener for those unblinkered; most of us know it anyway but the Remainers seem not to want to see.
Bizarrely the Conservative Party is so in awe of its failing Brussels cousin that it has lost the confidence to demonstrate our own strengths. The Conservative Government is snatching defeat from the jaws of victory based on a false reality and shameful distortion of the facts.

Oakus opportunities...
...of the US Oak! :-)
Interesting chart on the Visual Capitalist of milestones for US companies, prompted by Apple's recent trillion USD market valuation, "through a period of over 200 years of U.S. market history. It was inspired by this interesting post by Global Financial Data, which is worth reading in its own right."
Interesting indeed, for example, there I learnt that before 1900, the London & Northwestern Railway was the largest railroad and the largest company in the world (before that the Bank of England held the honour).
The Visual Capitalist post also mentions that Apple is not in fact the first company globally to ever hit the one trillion USD landmark: the "feat was achieved momentarily by PetroChina in 2007, after a successful debut on the Shanghai Stock Exchange that same year." Momentarily because after the one-day tripling of stock value it subsequently collapsed by nearly 80%.
What I find more interesting is the drop by more than a third in the number of companies: from 7912 in 1995 down to 5186 this year. In fact the total number of companies peaked at 9,850 in 1999; so a drop of very nearly 50% in the first 18 years of this century.

Orinoco overflow...
Looking at the IMF inflation figures and the CPI (the Consumer Price Index measures changes in the price level of "a typical basket of consumer goods and services" etc purchased by households; the rate of inflation is the rate of change of the average CPI) and the map (left) indicating those levels. Venezuela and a handful of central African nations are "25% or more"; OK doesn't sound too bad does it? However, there's a few more zeros on Venezuela's, HERE. Gross domestic product per capita is falling like a stone and even HALVED between last year and this.
A good overview of the whole Venezuelan crisis is HERE, although only updated to March this year so nothing about the recent sham elections. "The humanitarian crisis has spilled across Venezuela’s borders, with as many as five hundred thousand fleeing in the past two years. Many have crossed into neighboring Colombia and Brazil, while others have left by boat to the nearby island of Curacao." I can tell you many thousands are also in Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador Mexico etc. Several holes in heads needed smartish.
There's also THIS , 'How Chavez and Maduro have impoverished Venezuela', "And it is always the people that suffer most."
The real shame here is not the that it can't be changed but that it will take at least a generation to get over this period. Take out the trash tomorrow and change the whole governing structure including all the higher ranks of all the forces and it would take 50 years to heal the wounds of 'el pueblo': it is deep, the splits and resentments and hate between members of the same families; the scummy thieving armed shits that ruin everyone's' lives; the Cuban poison orchestrating from the shadows, the sin cojones policia, guardia and armed forces that years ago should and could have stopped the rot.

"Spain’s Civil Guard said that a surveillance camera registered how more than 500 people approached the fence with tools and clubs that they used to break one of the gates." [LINK]. Can you see all the 'refugees', most or which are women and children...you can't? Racist! Fascist!
Last year I posted THIS blog-post which included quoting from a speech by Hungary Prime Minister Viktor Orbán (he has form; admirable IMHO) regarding the multi-culti experiment in general. I also quoted John at The Slog:
"This ocean of evidence about the dangers of multiculuralism bounces off the pc head in the manner of a featherlite pingpong ball. For three decades, they ignored public opinion about mass immigration, and engaged in a much-resented orgy of both positive discrimination on ethnic grounds, and appeasement of ideologico-religious attitudes utterly at variance with British tolerance and democracy."
[sic].
The post included the two images below, that some could find demeaning and insulting. Trouble is, it is getting closer and closer to the truth.

Others' odd outlook...
The WEF has published their own [PDF] report on 2017: the World Economic Forum is "committed to improving the state of the world, is the international organization for public-private cooperation", which is very close to a simple description of real Fascism! I admit to being a simple soul and like pictures and graphs etc so for a brief summary look at Figure 2 (image above), the table on page 4. You will see two grids that are the 'Top 5 Global Risks in Terms of Likelihood' and the 'Top 5 Global Risks in Terms of Impact' over the years. I would argue that to have NO economic or political (EU? US?) risk for 2017 is fantasy (we'll see soon enough I guess) and to have extreme weather event as as TOP in terms of likelihood and 2nd top in terms of impact is lunacy (remember, this is global impact). FFS.
