Obscurantism: othering others II...

A quick follow up on yesterday re the Google AI project Gemini. It isn't only grossly racist, surprise surprise it is also a lefty twat censorship monster.

It is patently a danger to freedom of speech and most definitely a censorship mis/disinformation beast: look at the Twitter thread from Texas Lindsay. It is also obvious that this is not a bug but a feature.

"Google’s Gemini AI isn’t just bias, it’s broken. Its responses are extremely offensive & arguably slanderous at times. Today, I tested it using it the exact same prompt each time, only changing names & these were the results." [sic]
That is the most obvious one but ALL are just as biased. Apologies if you do not follow politics across the pond.

Google's AI principles say that [2023 PDF] AI should avoid creating or reinforcing unfair bias, also not to deceive users or misrepresent facts. Gemini itself says it is unable to generate responses that are biased or unfair...not working out too well, certainly the bias and censorship is a clear and present danger to any fair-minded person.

Othering others...

"The nightmare feeling caused by the disappearance of objective truth."
Othering others, "WTF?!" would be a normal reaction. But oh my fucking GOD this is worse: Google are very, very dangerous, evil fuckwits. "Don't be evil" has become 'we are the definition of evil and fuck you whitey'. They are far more than Big Brother [quote above from this link, added 1600hrs] ever was, they have literal global cover, immense power. Their Gemini/AI is really scary. [Link to Twitter]

OMG, OOTW: ONS OBS...

It appears the UK Government's Office for National statistics (ONS) doesn't care what it looks like; I guess they know none of them will ever suffer any consequences: "We've led the development of a new method for estimating the number of excess deaths across UK countries". [ONS Twitter Link].

I BET you have, and I bet we all know why! Lots of number crunching going on [The Rustler on Twitter] but whichever way you look at it it doesn't look good for transparency and the Government hiding the stench of being directly responsible for tens of thousands of deaths of their own citizens...hmmm, OOTW?

When you look at the last few 'pandemic' years [and The Naked Emperor has done that] it is 2023 that gets the whopping lie: almost 66% of deaths disappear under the new method: excess deaths are down from 31,442 to 10,994! Both 2020 and 2021 also change but are only down by about 10%, that said, with much larger numbers dying. And 2022 is in fact 11% higher under the new method.
If you look at the previous five years to 2020 it is even more interesting: before that the numbers were low-ish and irregular, up and down, but from 2015 (see red box in image below) they were consistently much, much higher: 115,102 over the five years (2015-2019). Look at the numbers AFTER using the new method: a total of...wait for it: 838

The much lower deaths of 2019 are now negative: "2019 saw excess deaths drop from 6,006 to -34,408, a drop of over 40,000.

Even before all this I suspected that the mild death total for 2019 made up a large part of the the first COVID wave of death in Spring 2020, the 'dry tinder' effect. But why would they want to make it look like their ludicrous pandemic actions of lockdowns etc., were even less necessary? After all, now, with this new method we have over half the 2020 excess 'explained away' due to ultra low 2019 excess deaths...why would they want that? Like I've said before and above, it would be the lesser of two evils: admitting lockdowns weren't necessary and in fact caused misery and death...'oh dear, we're sorry and lessons will be learnt'.
Sounds bad, BUT that is a lot better than admitting to the HUGE amount of death they really are DIRECTLY responsible for.

Ontario's Orangeville Otters outrage...

First things first: a man cannot be a women, ever. Or vice versa. No amount of hormones or operations can do that. This story from December last year but I only read about it today. "A 50-year-old professor has been allowed to identify himself into a swimming league for schoolgirls".
Hat-tip: Dr. Lidiya Angelova's Substack Genuine Prospect
Source: [SP¡KED] from last week.

On immediate reading you'd be forgiven for asking are Swimming Canada and Swim Ontario child abusers? Are they paedophiles? There can be NO other reason they would both think it's okay for an adult man to compete against teenage girls in swimming:  "Swimming Canada and SO believe swimming is for everyone." [Swim Ontario Statement].

FFS! Great, we all think that too but clearly they don't think teenage girls have the right to compete only against other teenage girls.

No doubt you know-who would approve: 'Only one oasis': 'just a waterhole', or juste en trou d'eau in French, which of course is Justin Trudeau (I'll get my coat...).

OHS obscurantism; OMG!...

"Above is a table of all-cause mortality data from the UK Office of National Statistics (ONS). The figures are broken down by age and sex." [LINK to HART

There are previous numbers and previous graphs from end 2019 to Spring 2020. We know in various countries and from many reports, SARS CoV 2 was circulating in mid 2019,... maybe before. In the UK we know it was around from January 2020. "If the virus were as infectious and deadly as we have been led to believe, why were people dying at close to the normal rate in March, but at an exceptionally high rate in April?" We know why, don't we?
"The sound of silence
More generally, why has there been so little serious discussion of excess deaths during the last two years? Why are government ministers and journalists and medics and church leaders so slow to speak out about this? Where are the likes of Whitty and Vallance? Where are the government press conferences? Where is the Opposition?"
It is simply not good enough to try to forget this, or obfuscate. Those responsible MUST be held to account. BUT those responsible control the present; "Those who control the present, control the past and those who control the past control the future."
"Covid vaccine status
As I understand it, the ONS also possesses this data broken down by covid vaccine status, and they have supplied it in that form (presumably anonymised) to pharmaceutical companies. Why is such data not being released to the public who paid the taxes to fund its collection? If we really have had a “safe and effective vaccine”, this would be a straightforward way to demonstrate it from real-world data (as distinct from dubious modelling)."

Overkill...

Well it was obvious before the first day of the first lockdown that the idea of 'lockdowns' (prison riot term) would kill more than the virus. Now the data is showing it loud and clear: not just the murder rate (image below) but also drug use, suicide, road deaths (yes! weird huh?) suicide, fertility down more than before, pregnancy issue, stllbirth issues...so not just the 'straight-forward' vax deaths and clear heart problems on the increase, but almost everything is worse.

Open obloquy obfuscating ovines...

Disgracefully misleading the sheeple: almost every single line in the following US Gov COVID jab info is wrong - and demonstrably so. Evil abounds: DEMONStrably...

Source: CDC government website
"The fact the CDC continues to recommend these modified mRNA injections for infants as young as six months old, pregnant and breastfeeding women, when there is a preponderance of evidence, which shows they are neither safe nor effective, is profoundly troubling. This report discusses the potential reason why this government agency’s position has been so resolute and delves into what the public really needs to know!..."

Objects of odium, ostracised...

Following the earlier overture things have heated up. The push back now has it's own push back: Melissa Healy at the LA Times muses that "It's as if [the non-covid-jabbed are] no longer hazardous to the rest of us. Or are they?" It's as if...? ...WTF? Really? [Hat-tip: The Naked Emperor

Melissa writes: "For almost two years, COVID-19 vaccine holdouts have been the objects of earnest pleading and financial inducements, of social-media shaming and truth campaigns. They’ve missed weddings, birthday celebrations and recitals, and even forfeited high-stakes athletic competitions. Until last month, they were barred from entering the United States and more than 100 other countries.

Now the unvaccinated are suddenly back in the mix.

I - an object - am still barred Melissa. Pharma profits need maintaining.  But of course she has an 'expert' or two to boost the ridiculous pap she has written. Amazing how moronic some experts are becoming too.

BOB's artwork may seem a bit OTT but it isn't. The comparisons to Nazi Germany batted about may also seem OTT but they aren't: what happened is exactly how 'it' starts. Gina was right

The power was wielded by many 'normal' people, they now want forgive and forget: as Laura puts it so well: Just say no...

"... the people who told you were non-essential, that your children would kill your elderly parents or grandparents, that you had to save your country's pathetic and useless socialized medical system by locking you in your house, that you and your children had to take several dangerous ("safe and effective") injections that you didn't want or need and lied about every detail about it, the same people who taped up park benches, forced masks on toddlers, kicked autistic children off of planes, imprisoned frail and vulnerable senior citizens and disabled humans with sick and contagious covid patients in their respective nursing homes and homes for the developmentally disabled in order for them to die en masse, the ones who dragged pregnant women getting fresh air from park benches, kept people from getting regular medical care and disease treatment, refused organ transplants to the unvaccinated, forced old and sick people to die alone behind plastic barriers in hospitals, ripped families apart and destroyed friendships, businesses and economies, yes those people want an amnesty. Well screw that."
"The people who enacted these policies are anti-human psychopaths who do not deserve mercy. Have you seen any real apologies for their behaviour? I saw one on Twitter and the new Premier of Alberta is making a good start of it. But mostly what I see is deeply sinister and shameless humans who just want forgiveness and absolution without doing any of the requisite moral and spiritual work i.e. sincerely apologizing, repenting and vowing never again to repeat their evil ways."
"Absolutely and positively no".

Ostler's obscurantist optimistic overture...

Poor Emily. I really do think she was an honest convert now seeking to stop a tsunami of hate. But she stuck her head above the parapet and is reaping the whirlwind. I think the bad cat was the first to pick up on it, "emily oster's no good, really bad, terrible idea" [LINK] then Igor: "Wow. The Atlantic has a front-page article (archive link) by Prof. Emily Oster, asking for 'Pandemic Amnesty'". But Mary Harrington at Unherd has a great take on 'The tyranny of a Covid amnesty'.
Nor is having expertise or evidence on your side much of a defence.
Read the comments.

Luckily for me I realise many may not even know what I'm talking about because they do not inhabit the various bubbles that are screeching (with reason IMHO) about Emily Oster, in The Atlantic, who suggested a 'pandemic amnesty'.

As per Eugyppius "I don’t know much about the American pandemic pundits, but I gather that Brown University economist and “parenting guru” Emily Oster is far from the worst of them.".

Very far from the worst and I bet there are many hoping the idea catches on...it won't.  The Naked Emperor today shows a few more of the scumbags...of the many...they were wrong, knowingly. They helped totalitarianism, they were 'the concentration camp guards' but with less of an excuse than those Nazi enablers. They demonised and in some cases drove to death many people. They will not be forgotten; they will not be forgiven. They are evil. They are Legion.

...they are known.

Update: I am totally in agreement with - and have many things in common - with what Gary says [Coronababble] [hat-tip: Daily Sceptic] "One thing is for sure: We must never forget what the political leaders and public health specialists inflicted upon us. Whether the reason was weakness, groupthink, conflict of interest or unadulterated corruption, the miscreants must all be held to account and pay a price for terrorising the people they are meant to serve."

Obmutescent over outrageous 'overhead' oblivescence, or obscurantism?...

Withholding data, denying knowledge...or maybe they just forgot. Why are no governments checking/investigating/anything (!!) re the growing MOUNTAIN of evidence of Covid jab deaths?

My maths may be wrong but thanks to pimaCanyon for the analogy that follows. pimaCanyon commenting on The Naked Emperor's recent post 'The missing number in the Pfizer report to calculate death and adverse event rates.' ("All is revealed"). "Using the hidden number, we can work out that the fatality rate of the Pfizer vaccine was 0.0000097%. This might seem like a small number but that represents 1 death in every 103,199 shots or approximately 10 deaths per million injections."

OK so far? Also remember that this is based on doses presumed injected (who knows how many are in storage worldwide). Also based on reported deaths to the various vaccine injury databases [EUDRAVigilance (EU), the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme (UK) and VAERS (US) etc.] which, are VERY underestimated (admittedly with the Covid jabs this may not be the case...they mostly come at night...mostly). And yet another 'also', many/most countries haven't released any data/do not record such. Australia does btw: "more side effects than ALL drugs combined since 1971...". Not funny.

Anyhow: back to the point: these very underestimated numbers: 10 in a million. How many aeroplanes are in the air? Quite a lot. How many people are flying each day (old numbers, but lots; pre-pandemic six million people flew somewhere everyday). As everyone knows, flying is one of the safest ways to travel (again, old data but holds true), fatalities falling

So, six million people fly somewhere everyday: imagine that jab number, 10 in a million, dying: 60 (SIXTY) people every day. Imagine a three-quarters full Embraer 190 (not the plane in the image; sorry Embraer guys, it's just the aeroplane I use the most!) crashing and killing all passengers...every day...EVERY DAY.

Do you think there would be some sort of worry? A wee fret? A hushed whisper of concern? A small investigation? One or two questions asked? Do you? Well that is what is happening with the Covid jabs. And remember that is a massive underestimation.

Update: Will Jones at the Daily Sceptic has a lot more info and links HERE: "How Many People Have Died From the Covid Vaccines?" ...
..."There’s a lot of smoke here rising from what appears to be a considerable amount of fire. While it’s not possible with the data publicly available to quantify precisely the number of people the vaccines are sending to an early grave, what data there are indicate the number is not small, and may be very large – in the tens of thousands in the U.K. Certainly more than enough to be ringing alarm bells that ought long ago to have triggered drug suspensions, urgent investigations, proper controlled studies and detailed reports. That very little of this appears to be happening – and that the authorities continue to repeat the mantra that the vaccines are safe as they roll them out to ever younger age groups – is disturbing, to say the least."
VERY disturbing! We've been saying for a while and now it is becoming so obvious as to be ridiculous: SOMETHING IS WRONG!

Only Orthodox outrage...?

Only Orthodox outrage? Nope: thanks to Koyla on this article at Harry's Place for posting a great thread from Facebook from Maajid Nawaz of Quilliam:

"I’m getting rather tired of the equivocation around this Labour antisemitism issue, so here’s a thread for confused pundits & voters. Some smart people out there have been hoodwinked by dishonest political hacks, or are simply too tribal to accept the difference in the following (written on twitter so apologies for the choppy style)

People of any political persuasion must acknowledge:"

1) Every party will have some policies you don’t like

2) Every party will also have rogue members, or leaders, who said nasty things too

3) usually, if a party has policies you disagree with, you simply don’t vote for them

4) for Britain’s Jews & their allies, the issue with Labour Party is none of the above. I repeat: it is *none of the above*. So Corbynists, pls stop obfuscating, strawmanning & deflecting.

5) the issue is Labour Party stands accused of being *institutionally antisemitic* (racist)

6) this is *very* different to finding individual policies you hate, or representatives who utter bigotry

7) for a body to be institutionally racist (ironically, a phrase coined by a 90s Labour gov. inquiry) *not every member* is necessarily a racist, nor necessarily is the leader

8) for a body to be deemed *institutionally racist*, intention & individual behaviour isn’t primary issue. Rather, outcomes are considered. If the totality of this body’s procedures, institutions& structure lead to *racist outcomes*, then sincerity &individual intent is no defence

9) This is why 90s Lab government’s McPherson inquiry (rightly) deemed police ‘institutionally racist’ after unpunished racist murder of black teenager Stephen Lawrence. They were not calling all police officers racist. Nor did it mean that other UK orgs didn’t suffer racism too

10) so, back to the Labour Party: British jews and their allies are accusing this Labour Party under Corbyn of being ‘institutionally antisemitic’. This means precisely that the party’s mechanisms, procedures and institutions lead to racist outcomes against its Jewish members

11) this does *not* mean every Labour member is racist. It also does not necessarily imply that even Corbyn is (he might be). Rather, it points to the failure of Corbyn’s ship, with him as captain,to steer away from antisemitism. Sincere individual intent is not a condition here

12) what British Jews are (correctly) alleging is that the Labour Party discriminates against them, as a party machine. That the outcomes in that party no longer protect them against racism. This is an *institutional* failure

13) So, back to my opening line about political tribalism: any instinctive defence, “Whataboutery” response, or even allegations of hypocrisy, like “why aren’t you doing more to address racism in your own party?” entirely miss the nature & seriousness of what is (accurately) alleged:

14) British Jews and their allies are *not* in a state of alarm because Labour has individual racists in it (which is bad enough as it is). No. The Tories, Lib Dem’s, Brexit party & others all have bad apples. I repeat: the issue isn’t the existence of bad apples

15) the issue very precisely & seriously is under Corbyn, Labour seems not only to have ignored the problem, or denied it, but in many cases doubled down on it & worse even blamed the victims for reporting it. In other words: the Labour Party machine has been co-opted by racism

16) if one understands the nature & seriousness of the allegation, then one would never reply by saying, by way of example: “but what about Johnson and niqabi Muslim letterboxes?” Bad thing to say, but not evidence that the Tory party *machine* discriminates against Muslim members

17) Also, it’s very important to recognise that criticising ultra-Conservative Muslim dress is a political right, because the ‘choice’ to adopt fundamentalist dress is a valid societal choice that must equally be subjected to scrutiny - like any religious conservativism must be

18) No. Racism is not the same as criticising my religious choices, or lack thereof. You can (politely) criticise my religion, because it’s an idea. All ideas must be scrutinised. But one cannot insult another’s race, without being rightly deemed a racist.

19) Jews are both a people and a religion. European antisemitic tropes against Jews concern their supposed habits as a ‘people’, not their religion. So, its racism to suggest that all Jews are secret greedy capitalists, or have large ugly hooked noses, for example.

20) no serious Jewish voice or organisation has ever said it’s racist to criticise Israel. None. I repeat, none. This is a complete Strawman. I criticise Netanyahu’s policies regularly and know many Jews and Israelis who do so too.
The issue is about

a) traditional European antisemitism flooding back into Labour (eg: East London ‘greedy capitalist’ mural that Corbyn defended)

b) holding Israel’s Jews to higher standard than the world

c) an obsessive focus on Israel for errors that are far worse elsewhere

d) supporting or otherwise praising genocidal, jew-murdering terrorist groups

21) some examples for all of the above can be (non-exhaustively) found here: The Golem Twitter thread.

22) So, people like Tory Baroness Warsi, who seems to have made a career of late out of deflecting over this antisemitism issue in Labour, to attacking her own party instead over “Islamophobia” (sic) totally miss the point:

23) Johnson, or any rogue Tory MP or member, can and do say racist or proto-racist things, but does the party with a Muslim-origin Chancellor really discriminate against Muslims institutionally? Does it then double down & deny its racism (I repeat: blasphemy is not racism)

24) this Muslim believes not. And I have *never* voted Tory in my life, and will not do so this time either. There are problems in the Conservative party, yes. I disagree with them, yes. But they are yet to meet the test of being *institutionally* anti-Muslim.

25) truth is, there is only one major political party right now that has had senior former cabinet members resign over this (correctly) alleged *institutional* racism. There is only one party that is being investigated by the Equalities and Human Rights Commission over said racism. That party is the Labour Party

26) AND THIS IS WHERE I GET UPSET: if Boris Johnson, Jo Swinson, or anyone other party leader, let alone individual MP, had SHARED A PANEL in Parliament with members of the now banned violent NEO-NAZI UK-based TERRORIST group National Action, you would all be going ballistic now

27) yet Corbyn not only shared platforms with jew-killing Hizbollah &Hamas TERRORISTS,he not only called them friends, but took £20K from their sponsor: holocaust denying theocratic dictatorship of Iran. Now...imagine you’re Jewish, and then imagine Corbyn in No.10 as PM. Precisely.

After all the above has been digested & recognised as a unique problem only with Labour right now, then add that Corbyn is a Brexiter too & may bargain away the UK with SNP (allowing Scotland another vote) just to become PM, you’ll get why we say #NoToAppeasement & #NeverCorbyn

After the holocaust we vowed in Europe #NeverAgain - then Bosnia happened. Europe is not immune to repeat-offending. We must never be too arrogant to think we are. Brexit or Remain, we do have choices other than Labour. We must not betray our Jewish cousins over a tribal vote

After all this, if we still choose Labour, at least let’s stop pretending we are “progressives”, or that we care about racism & minorities or that we “listen to victims when they tell us we’re hurting them”. It’s all BS. Just admit that you really don’t give a damn about Jews.

Ends."

This needs little or nothing adding to it. Outstanding, although Corbyn himself has a lot more to answer for than just this.

[brown bold emphasis throughout is mine]

Odible olid opposition...

'Unherd' but loud and clear. "Why the Labour Left is doomed", "The disaster of 1983 looms large in the party's psyche" by David Kogan at Unherd. We live in hope...

Fusilamiento en la Sierra Maestra [Link]

The generation of young activists of the 1970s and 1980s – Corbyn, McDonnell, McCluskey and Jon Lansman – all earned their political stripes fighting the Right of the party. Lansman had been in the Campaign for Labour Party Democracy and the campaign to elect Tony Benn deputy leader in 1981; Corbyn had been a trade union official in London during the winter of discontent in 1978-9. McDonnell had been deputy leader and Finance Chair of the Great London Council from 1981. McCluskey had been in Liverpool associated with the Militant Tendency that ran the Labour Party and council in the early 1980s.

That paragraph alone, should send shivers down the spine of anyone of a certain age with a brain. With any luck the current incarnation - McDonnell and Lansmans' Momentum - will die a grissly death; very soon. The 'freakish', lucky, 'quirk', last second, near-miss, chance to lift a inept, snide, political nobody to leader of the opposition by other political nobodies is quite a tale. Landsman of course, the danger man: never go full wierdy-beardy, especially when trying to excuse blatant antisemitism. Sinister. Evil. Maggots.

Orinoco overflow...

Looking at the IMF inflation figures and the CPI (the Consumer Price Index measures changes in the price level of  "a typical basket of consumer goods and services" etc purchased by households; the rate of inflation is the rate of change of the average CPI) and the map (left) indicating those levels. Venezuela and a handful of central African nations are "25% or more"; OK doesn't sound too bad does it?  However, there's a few more zeros on Venezuela's, HERE. Gross domestic product per capita is falling like a stone and even HALVED between last year and this.

A good overview of the whole Venezuelan crisis is HERE, although only updated to March this year so nothing about the recent sham elections. "The humanitarian crisis has spilled across Venezuela’s borders, with as many as five hundred thousand fleeing in the past two years. Many have crossed into neighboring Colombia and Brazil, while others have left by boat to the nearby island of Curacao." I can tell you many thousands are also in Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador Mexico etc. Several holes in heads needed smartish.

There's also THIS , 'How Chavez and Maduro have impoverished Venezuela', "And it is always the people that suffer most."

The real shame here is not the that it can't be changed but that it will take at least a generation to get over this period. Take out the trash tomorrow and change the whole governing structure including all the higher ranks of all the forces and it would take 50 years to heal the wounds of 'el pueblo': it is deep, the splits and resentments and hate between members of the same families; the scummy thieving armed shits that ruin everyone's' lives; the Cuban poison orchestrating from the shadows, the sin cojones policia, guardia and armed forces that years ago should and could have stopped the rot.

Ostensible oligarchic overlords...

"With each passing day I grow happier and happier that I voted for Brexit." Me too. "Ireland, the EU is playing you like a fiddle", so writes Brendan O'Neill in today's (yesterday's on UK time) Spectator. He is so, so right. The EU is being true to form: "cynical, divisive and dangerous"; I would add sinister, single-minded and cuntish. The Irish are being soft but trying to find some way of buffering the fact that, as of 2016, actually have to contribute to the EU coffers, instead of being a net recipient for the previous forty odd years; I guess that is easy to understand.

All that was exacerbated today with a plethora of fake news. She said, he said they said...all without any quotes at all, just hear-say about what would happen re the Irish border. A whole day of complete made-up shit. Instant access 24 hour round the clock ticker-tape news is getting worse. The tail is now wagging several dogs! Just wait for the news then give the facts please. Also, you. uttertwats. (apologies for so many Twatter links).

Update: double twat khant!

Oestre opus...

Easter weekend, what better time than to have a Christian guy say something that you really want everyone to know: in this case it really is a Christian Guy, Managing Director of the Centre for Social Justice (CSJ), writing in the Spectator..."The number of households where no one had ever worked doubled under the previous Government." Christian rightly asks where was the righteous anger of the 'poverty lobby' (and their "ongoing shock-and-awe strategy") during this time?

IDS, in this massive welfare reform initiative, is attempting to address the causes, trying to rein-in the dependency culture and to "see beyond the facile argument that compassion can be defined by the size of a welfare cheque".

The meme that 'Beveridge has been betrayed' is, as it should be, cross party (but not nearly enough, political shenanigans will always trump what is right) as surely it is clear as day that the welfare state is now causing - and has been for many years the - more than one of the five 'Giant Evils' (Want, Disease, Ignorance, Squalor and Idleness) that it was developed to abate.

And for those that will immediately say that the CSJ is a just an IDS right-wing think tank then think again"One of our key problems has been a political obsession with the idea that throwing money at a problem will solve it, regardless of how entrenched its root causes may be... ...Busting the myth that poverty is tackled solely by chasing a mainly income inequality line is a major task for the 21st century. If the government seizes this opportunity we might just get there.")

Update: Fraser has just added this piece: "Why are the left so angry about today’s welfare reform? Because its popular – and right."
